June 25th, 2008 | Published in Careers
Veteran Journal is offering writing opportunities for our veteran issues and news blog. For this project we need people with an interest in veteran issues and military life. Topics of interest can include veteran benefits, general military life and community, military career transition, education, veteran support, etc. You are an ideal candidate if you can write well and clearly express your points regarding the issues. This is a great opportunity for veterans, spouses of active military service members and people truly committed to veteran issues.
These are currently unpaid but rewarding opportunities. Regular contributors showing strong knowledge of their subject matter may receive paid assignments. If you are an aspiring author or blogger you will benefit by gaining exposure for your writing and become an expert on your subject. You will also receive the added benefits of being listed as a contributor on Veteran Journal with your own author page containing your photograph, profile, and a list of your articles.
If you are interested in contributing to Veteran Journal please contact us through our contact form or submit a sample of your writing along with your resume to writer @ veteranjournal.com.
